30% velocity or we work free. At week eleven we re-survey your frontend engineers against the week-one baseline. If the composite velocity score hasn't lifted 30%, we work free until it does, up to 60 additional days. If we still miss at day 150, we refund the final 20% payment and you keep every Figma file, every line of code, and every piece of governance documentation.

Two weeks on the ground with your team before you commit to the Install. We validate the token architecture with a working prototype against your brand, scope exactly what we'd build, and deliver a one-page executive summary your CFO can sign off on.

The output is yours regardless. If you take it forward with an internal hire or another vendor, we'll do a one-hour handover call to whoever takes it next, free.

The full €9,500 is credited against an Install if you book within 30 days of delivery. Free if you go forward, yours to keep if you don't.
